Intelligence Squared U.S. Debate Podcast: Should Trump Be Indicted?

There are many issues in our lives where neutral opinions are replaced with hard-line views. Should the toilet paper roll be over or under when placed on the holder? Should ketchup be used as a condiment for breakfast, or is it strictly for french fries and burgers? Is there a place for a mullet in polite society?

Then, of course, there is the question that divides so many.

Arguing that he should be indicted is Barbara Comstock, an attorney and former Republican congresswoman (2015-2019) from Virginia. Prior to elected office, Comstock served in senior rules at the Department of Justice, was chief counsel for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and served as outside counsel on numerous high-profile government investigations.

Arguing that he should not be is Tom Ginsburg, a law professor at the University of Chicago and a scholar of international and comparative law. He is the author of several books on constitutional democracy and the rule of law, including most recently 'How to Save a Constitutional Democracy.'
