New Dating Experiment Podcast -- "28 Dates Later" Launches

Dating and courtship used to be private ventures between the two people involved and their circle of family and friends. More and more, these meet-ups are visible to thousands, even millions, via TV, and now podcasting.

We have the Bachelor and Bachelorette franchises and a string of other cable show hook-up shows, 90 Day Fiancé, Are You The One?, Love Is Blind, and others.

Now, podcasting is getting into the act, and this new show has an interesting premise and a funny woman as its front person.

iHeartPodcasts and Novel announced the launch of a brand-new weekly podcast, “28 Dates Later with Grace Campbell,” comedian and writer. Grace is tired of endlessly swiping through the same old dating app scene, going to the same bar round the corner, so she can make a quick getaway. Enter the podcast, which will see her going on 28 dates across two months, only dating people who are the total opposite of her usual type.

Listeners will not only hear audio from the actual dates, but will also be given a ringside seat to the post-date debrief between Grace and her friends Roz and Dan. The pair do not give Grace an easy ride, dissecting her behavior with tough love.

"My goal isn't to necessarily find 'the one', but to learn more about myself and prepare for what I want out of the next phase in my life - my 30s," said Host Grace Campbell. “Dating isn't easy, so I want this podcast to feel like you're having an honest conversation with your most reassuring best mate.”

On a mission to shake off the restraints of her 'type', Grace Campbell will encounter a whole range of potentials who challenge her pre-existing dating beliefs.

Known for her dark humor and outrageous one-liners, host Grace Campbell has sold out iconic venues such as Alexandra Palace and the Clapham Grand (twice) with her most recent comedy tour 'A Show About Me(n)'. “28 Dates Later” will continue to showcase Grace Campbell's irreverent hot takes and the dead-pan tone she's known and loved for. “28 Dates Later” will also amplify what Grace Campbell seems to do best - holding up a mirror to herself and ourselves.

28 Dates Later will premier November 6 with new episodes released Mondays and Wednesdays.
