The Riddler: Secrets in the Dark Podcast Debuts On Spotify

 Spotify doesn’t exaggerate this time when it classifies its audio fiction podcast - Batman Unburied - a mega-hit. It was. Now, they’re trying to capitalize on that success.

Spotify, in partnership with Warner Bros. and DC, has debuted of the all-new audio series The Riddler: Secrets in the Dark. All eight episodes will be released as a part of Spotify’s multi-year agreement with DC, and Warner Bros. are available to stream now, only on Spotify.

Following last year’s global sensation, Batman Unburied, listeners return to Gotham City for an unexpected adventure from the perspective of one of the city’s most cunning Super-Villains, Edward Nygma aka The Riddler (Hasan Minhaj). When a masked vigilante is on the loose, murdering notorious Super-Villains all over Gotham City… all clues point to the Caped Crusader himself, Batman (Colman Domingo). Now, with a target on his head, the charming yet deadly Edward Nygma is forced to break out of Arkham Asylum and team up with the Caped Crusader. The unlikely duo must begrudgingly team up to solve the mystery before it’s too late, and they too become victims.

 This is the latest release from the Spotify, Warner Bros./DC partnership, following Batman Unburied and Harley Quinn and The Joker: Sound Mind.

 

 Batman Unburied premiered in May 2022 to global success, topping the charts in 35 markets across the nine language adaptations globally. Earlier this year, Harley Quinn and The Joker: Sound Mind binge-dropped all seven episodes, successfully reaching the top of the charts in six markets.
