Mantra Podcast With Jemma Sbeg Premieres: Chant With Me, Millennials

There are so many self-help podcasts that you need another self-help podcast just to find the worthwhile shows. That's why I like what PAVE Studios has done with its launch of Mantra, a new OpenMind original series that premiered on January 13. PAVE has tweaked the usual mental health podcast with a focus on millennials and brought in a fresh voice.

Hosted by Jemma Sbeg– best known for her self-help podcast The Psychology of your 20s, Mantra offers listeners a weekly guide to embracing personal growth, with practical insights and powerful inspiration for navigating life’s twists and turns.

“Mantra is all about finding clarity in the chaos and taking a fresh path to self-discovery,” said Jemma Sbeg. “I’m excited to partner with OpenMind Studios to bring my new podcast to life, where I can share simple, powerful mantras that will inspire listeners to explore meaningful change and unlock their true potential.”

OpenMind bills itself as: "where curiosity knows no limits. A community where no topic is too bold and unique perspectives are not only encouraged but celebrated. We believe that boundless conversations lead to unexpected discoveries and life-changing

breakthroughs."

Each week, Jemma Sbeg will share an empowering mantra—a simple, powerful phrase to help listeners navigate challenges and unlock personal growth. Whether facing life’s hurdles or striving for purpose, Mantra offers a thoughtful guidance on living with intention and embracing positive change.

Jemma Sbeg is an Australian podcaster best known for her self-help podcast The Psychology of Your 20s, which tackles relevant topics for Gen Z such as imposter syndrome, hangxiety, situationships, and the myth of the dream job.
“Jemma’s ability to connect with her audience through relatable stories and actionable insights has made her one of the world’s top podcasters,” said Max Cutler, Founder of PAVE Studios. We’re proud to partner with Jemma on her new original series, Mantra, that will empower listeners with practical tools for personal transformation.”

I have to admit that I was curious about the new Khloé Kardashian video podcast also produced by Open Mind. My verdict? The show epitomizes the vacuousness and narcissism of so many other celebrity podcasts. I needed Mantra just to cleanse myself.

Mantra debuted with two new episodes titled “I Embrace Growth and Change” and “I Am a Powerful Creator of My Own Reality.” New episodes will be available every Monday across all podcasts platforms.

As PAVE Studios founder Max Cutler says so perspicaciously:  “Jemma's success underscores her remarkable talent for breaking down life’s complexities into accessible and meaningful takeaways."
